Partner Program Terms

1. Joining

Any registered AncqModify user can join. After joining you receive a personal referral link. One account — one partner profile.

2. Attribution

A user is attributed to you when they open AncqModify through your link and create a new account within 30 days. The link is remembered in the browser for that period. Attribution is permanent for as long as the program operates and your partner profile is active.

Accounts that already existed, accounts that have already paid and your own accounts cannot be attributed. If a user came through several links, the last one before sign-up counts.

3. Commission

• 30% of every paid invoice of an attributed user — the first payment and every renewal.
• The commission is calculated from the amount of the plan price actually paid, without network fees.
• Commissions are credited in USDT to your partner balance right after the payment is confirmed.

4. Hold period and payouts

• Each commission is on hold for 7 days and then becomes available.
• Minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. Payouts are made in USDT (TRC20) to the TRON wallet you provide, usually within 48 hours. Only one open request at a time.
• You can also spend the available balance on your own plan.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address you entered.

5. Prohibited conduct

• promising guaranteed profit, returns or win rate, or presenting AncqModify as investment advice;
• fake results, fake reviews, or posing as the official AncqModify team or support;
• registering your own accounts through your link or paying for referrals’ subscriptions yourself;
• spam, misleading ads, bidding on the AncqModify brand in paid search, cookie stuffing or other fraud.

6. Voided commissions

We may void commissions that result from self-referrals, fraud, refunds or payment errors. A commission is voided automatically if the payment was sent from a wallet that you use for payouts or your own payments.

7. Termination and changes

You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or close a partner profile that breaks these terms; unpaid commissions obtained in breach may be cancelled. We may change the commission rate or the rules with prior notice in the app; commissions already credited are not affected.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your partner income in your country.
