Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your Telegram ID, username, first and last name and profile photo URL when you sign in with Telegram; your email address when you sign in with Google or email (for email sign-in we store only a password hash).
• Usage data needed to run the Service: your plan and trial status, favourites and blacklist, alert rules and their trigger history, interface language (it also sets the language of our Telegram messages), a record of which service messages have been sent to you.
• Payment data: invoices (plan, amount, time) and, after payment, the transaction hash and the sender’s TRON address. These are public on the blockchain; we do not receive card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP addresses used to access your account and server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
• AI requests: the questions you send to the AI analyst and the trade levels you submit to the pre-entry check.
• Partner program data, if you join: your referral code, the accounts that signed up through your link, commissions, payout requests and the TRON wallet you provide for payouts. For link clicks we store only a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address and browser, not the address itself.

2. How we use it

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. The app and the website do not contain third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

• to create your account, sign you in and provide the features of your plan;
• to verify the trial conditions (Telegram sign-in and channel subscription);
• to match and confirm payments and manage subscriptions;
• to deliver alerts in the app and, if you enable it, via our Telegram bot;
• to send service messages via our Telegram bot if you signed in with Telegram, or otherwise to your account email — payment confirmations, plan changes and reminders before your plan or trial ends;
• to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.

3. Third parties

We share data only with services needed to operate AncqModify:

• Telegram — sign-in, channel subscription check, alerts and service messages;
• Google — sign-in, if you choose it;
• TronGrid — reading public TRON blockchain transactions to confirm payments;
• AI providers (such as OpenAI or DeepSeek) — your AI questions together with public market context, without your name or contact details;
• Bybit — the app loads public market data; no personal data is sent;
• hosting providers that run our servers.

4. Data stored on your device

The web app keeps your session token, interface settings, cached account status and your AI chat history in your browser’s local storage. Signing out removes the session, cached account data and the AI chat history. If you arrive through a partner link, the website and the app store the partner code in local storage for up to 30 days so the referral can be credited when you sign up. The website does not set cookies.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Alert trigger history is deleted after 30 days; technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete. This permanently erases your profile, lists, alerts and their history, partner profile and unpaid balance; unused paid days are lost. We keep paid invoices for accounting and, if you signed in with Telegram, a note that your Telegram ID has already used the free trial.

You can also ask us to provide a copy of your data or correct it. Some payment records may be retained where the law requires. To make a request, contact us via the contact below from the account concerned.

You can turn off subscription reminders in Settings → Notifications, or stop all Telegram messages from us by blocking the bot, or use the unsubscribe link in any reminder email; your account keeps working.

7. Security

Connections to our servers are encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your Telegram, Google and email accounts protected.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the app or in the @cryptoancq channel.
