Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

AncqModify is an analytics tool for Bybit USDT perpetual futures. It displays public market data, calculated metrics, alerts, news and AI-generated commentary. The Service does not place orders, does not hold your funds and never asks for exchange API keys.

2. Not financial advice

Everything the Service shows — metrics, verdicts of the pre-entry check, AI answers, alerts and news — is information, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You alone decide whether and how to trade and you bear all resulting gains and losses.

Trading crypto derivatives involves a high risk of losing your entire deposit. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services under the laws of your country.
• You sign in with Telegram, Google or email. Keep access to your account secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person — one account. Sharing, reselling or renting access to an account is not allowed.

4. Free trial

New users can get one free 3-day trial of Screener+ per Telegram account by signing in with Telegram and subscribing to the @cryptoancq channel. The trial ends automatically; no payment details are required. Creating extra accounts to obtain more trials is not allowed.

5. Plans and payment

• Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months (30 days per month) and do not renew automatically.
• Prices are listed in USD and paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Each invoice has a unique amount and is valid for 60 minutes.
• A plan is activated automatically after the blockchain confirms a transfer of the exact invoice amount to the invoice address. If the transfer cannot be matched automatically (for example, a different amount or a payment after the invoice expired), we may confirm it manually after checking the transaction.
• If you signed in with Telegram, our bot sends you service messages: payment confirmations, plan changes and reminders before your plan or trial ends. You can turn reminders off in Settings → Notifications, or stop all messages at any time by blocking the bot. If Telegram is not linked, the same messages are sent to your account email; every reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Paying for your current plan extends it. Paying for a different plan converts the unused days of the current plan at the price ratio and adds the new period.
• You are responsible for sending the exact amount over the correct network. Network fees are paid by you.
• Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, redistribute or resell data, signals or AI output from the Service;
• reverse engineer, bypass plan restrictions or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm other users;
• send automated requests that overload the Service.

7. Availability and changes

Market data comes from third parties (primarily Bybit) and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features marked “soon” are planned and may change.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you actively use, we will offer a fair extension of your plan.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to AncqModify. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your access.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example for account sharing or abuse, without refund of the remaining period.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AncqModify is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app or in the @cryptoancq channel; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
