Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

The free trial gives full access to Screener+ for three days. Please use it to make sure the Service fits your needs before purchasing a plan.

2. Completed purchases

Once a plan is activated, the payment is generally non-refundable, including for unused days. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

3. Payment mistakes we can fix

Contact us within 14 days of the transfer and include the transaction hash:

• Wrong amount or expired invoice — if the USDT arrived at our address but the plan was not activated, we will activate the plan manually or credit the amount as days of the closest plan.
• Duplicate payment — if you paid the same invoice twice, we will refund the extra payment or convert it into additional days, at your choice.
• Overpayment — the difference can be refunded or converted into additional days.

4. Mistakes we cannot fix

Such transfers do not reach us or cannot be identified, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

• Funds sent over a different network (for example ERC20 or BEP20) or a different token than USDT TRC20.
• Funds sent to a different address than the one shown in your invoice.

5. Service issues

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row due to a problem on our side, we will extend all active paid plans by the duration of the outage. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused part of active plans.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent in USDT (TRC20) to an address you provide, usually within 5 business days. The network fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
